OurBlock is a pilot program that gives the Annandale community a direct say in which business opens downtown. A thriving Main Street should not be left to chance. It should be shaped and supported by the people who live here.
About the Pilot
OurBlock-Annandale is a first of its kind endeavor to give community members not only a vote on what businesses come to the community, but also meaningful campaign support. OurBlock is community-contributed. That means you! Navigate to your community, if listed, and participate in the voting, and soon, the campaign pledge option, for your favorite choice of a business to come to your block!

Nothing moves until it works
Your pledge is held securely and only runs if the business hits its funding goal and secures the lease.
